The movements used in Bootcamp mimic the functional movements of CrossFit, only with lighter weights. You’ll do kettlebell swings, dumbbell movements, squats, and LOTS OF CARDIO!
Are you intimidated by the weightlifting aspect of CrossFit? In our bootcamp program, we lighten the load and focus on cardio and building lean muscle mass. You will still get the results; just without lifting 500lbs.
Not interested in keeping score or competing with the person next to you? In our bootcamp classes we don’t keep score. You will perform a group interval workout, pre-planned by our expert coaches, that will keep you entertained and make you sweat.
